CONDITIONS OF SALE

Discounted works are final sales, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. For any other reason for exchange or refund, the work can be returned within 10 days following the date of delivery, however the cost of returning the work is at the buyer's expense. and the work must be returned in secure and adequate packaging to protect it from any damage during return transport. The reason for the return will also be asked. The price of the work will be refunded upon receipt of the canvas in its original, intact condition.

In the event of a suspected shipping error, an incomplete delivery or a canvas damaged during transport, the works must be returned to CLO ARTISTE PEINTRE for repair (if possible) or make an exchange at the expense of CLO ARTISTE PAINTER, in this case, the canvas will be re-shipped at the expense of CLO ARTISTE PEINTRE. NO returns/exchanges or refunds in the event of breakage caused by the buyer will be made.
